I had to do everything over the phone, and I will absolutely tell you that did not detract from my experience. I called the day before for delivery on Mothers day, and the woman over the phone was SO lovely and accommodating, sent me pictures so I could see what bouquet I was choosing, and kept me updated throughout the process and delivery the next day. My mother loved the flowers, and I loved the care they gave.
